Your stay includes:

Two nights with breakfast, our Afternoon Tea, a five-course gourmet menu with a glass of champagne and a one-hour carriage ride. On one of the afternoons, our restaurant manager Franziska Pauli will serve you our afternoon tea in the tradition of Anna Maria Russel, the 7th Duchess of Bedford. We present you with small sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and homemade strawberry jam, as well as little treats from our castle patisserie. -
On a morning of your choice, we will organise your one-hour carriage ride through parts of our listed landscape park and through the castle's immediate surroundings.

On one of the two evenings, we will welcome you with a glass of champagne in our gourmet restaurant in the ‘Wappensaal’.
Chef Maik Albrecht will prepare a five-course menu for you.

Enjoy our ‘Livingroom SPA’ with sauna, steam bath and swimming pool, the extensive park, our cosy lounges and above all: plenty of time and space for good thoughts.
Another small note: Maik Albrecht designs the menus regionally and seasonally.

Strengthening the element EARTH is always recommended to relax a stressed centre. We pay particular attention to this at Burg Schlitz, for example at the most important meal of the day - breakfast, which is particularly rich in light and cooked cereal recipes without sugar.
