On the day of your arrival… …enjoy our “Burg Schlitz Cheese Fondue” in the “Red Salon” of our gourmet restaurant in the “Crest Hall” (TUE through SAT) or in our Café Brasserie “Louise” (SUN & MON)

On the second day of your “delicious” stay, our tea-sommelière will serve our “Burg Schlitz Afternoon Tea” in the “Green Salon” in the afternoon. A chilled glass of sparkling “Cuvée Louise”, superb premium tea-specialities, tasty sandwiches, sweet treats from our pastry-cook, exquisite chocolate-truffles and – the classical must-have – freshly baked English scones with clotted cream and strawberry-jam are the delicious components of this traditional High Tea.

The culinary highlight… …is served on the last evening of your stay. Start with a glass of champagne. Afterwards castle cooks will prepare an exquisite gourmet-menu in six delicious courses served in our “Crest-Hall” Gourmet-Restaurant. (TUE through SAT)
