In Love at the Castle Hotel

Day 1

On the first day, we await you at around 6 pm for our rustic-romantic dinner in the ‘Brasserie Louise’. Here you will enjoy a classic, modern interpretation of a 3-course menu from our head chef Maik Albrecht. Seasonality and regionality are at the centre of our castle cuisine, but we pay particular attention to lightness, because what follows does not need a full belly:

Afterwards, we have reserved our wellness lounge exclusively for you. Enjoy our sauna, steam bath, swimming pool with counter-swimming facility and our relaxation room. In between, we serve macarons, a fruit salad and a bottle of chilled Burg-Schlitz sparkling wine ‘Louise’. From 9pm to 11pm, everything in our spa area is at your disposal and you are guaranteed to remain undisturbed.

Day 2

On the second day, after a hearty breakfast, we welcome you to afternoon tea at 2 pm. In addition to tea, we will serve you small sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and homemade strawberry jam, as well as snacks from our patisserie, following the example of Anna Maria Russel, the 7th Duchess of Bedford. Tea is served in the ‘Yellow Parlour’, which is reserved exclusively for you.

If you like, you can then take a leisurely stroll through the park and look for the legendary monument to love and devotion. In the evening, we will prepare a light dinner for you in the ‘Brasserie Louise’. Afterwards, a 0.375 litre bottle of champagne awaits you in your Tower Suite.

The package includes: 2 nights in the tower suite, 2 breakfasts, 2 dinners in the ‘Brasserie Louise’, private spa night and afternoon tea.

For an extra charge of EUR 360.00 per couple, we will also be happy to reserve a table for you one evening in our gourmet restaurant ‘der Wappensaal’. Here you can enjoy a 6-course menu including wine accompaniment, water and coffee.

A small note: Maik Albrecht generally decides the menus according to the season and market situation. Please inform us in advance of any allergies, preferences or intolerances.

But to ensure that the element of fire doesn't get everything out of hand, we pay particular attention to strengthening the centre, the element of earth, at breakfast. Because even in the storm of emotions and passion, everything should remain in balance.
